Look what I go in the mail the other day!
So as you can see, I have all the printed comics in my house and I’m in the process of getting them ready to mail out soon.
I’m spending most of my 4th of July holiday getting packages ready to mail out.
I sent out messages to the backers who bought a physical copy and asked them if they wanted their comics signed or not sighed. Most people like to have a comic signed, but I have had a few people in the past NOT want it signed because they believe it brings the value down. Some of these backers have gotten back to me while others have not…yet. Now, I’m just waiting to hear back from the rest of them.
This is one of the biggest reasons I made the delivery date of my comics (for the Kickstarter) as far ahead as October! Small delays can pop up. My Kickstarter ended in May but I gave myself 5 months to make sure I had everything.
With any luck, I’ll have all the packages sent out sometime in August or sooner.
A really short simple blog. If you backed my Kickstarter for Tercona comic #7, I wanted to let you know the comics have been ordered. As soon as I receive them I’ll send them out.
Here it is Monday morning and I am overjoyed.
I woke up to see my Kickstarter for Tercona comic #7 – You Can’t Save Everyone – was OVER 100% funded and it was a success. This means I now have my FIRST successful Kickstarter!
Today I celebrate that I have my FIRST successful Kickstarter.
You heard me right, this is my first successful Kickstarter. Some of you might not know this but I tried Kickstarter with 2 other books in 2020 and in 2022 and they failed. With this campaign being a success it has given me hope for the future.
This Kickstarter looked better, it had a smaller goal and I’m sure backing a few Kickstarters and helping other people on Kickstarter made a big difference too.
Now since this is my FIRST successful Kickstarter I have to do a few things next.
But before I get to all that other stuff I wanted to say…thank you!
Expect to hear from me again soon about the comic. Again…I can’t thank you enough.
My Kickstarter for Tercona comic #7 – You Can’t Save Everyone is 100 % fully funded!
On one end, I’m very grateful that it’s finally fully funded but on the other end, I’m not going to get too overly excited just yet….here’s why!
I only have a few days left. My funding goal is $500. Right now I have just a little bit over that. ($533)
My worse fear is that someone pulls their funding at the last minute, right before it ends on May 14th, Mother’s Day, and BOOM…I’m no longer fully funded.
So right now I’m putting all my efforts into hitting the first stretch goal at $1000. I know I only have a few days left but I’ve come this far and if I can get it 100% fully funded in the last few days it’s possible to hit the first stretch goal before it ends.

My Kickstarter for Tercona comic #7 has less than 5 days left!
Less than 5 days to go and it’s still not fully funded yet. If you want to fund my Kickstarter for Tercona comic #7 click on the picture.
I have to admit, I’m a little worried I won’t reach my funding goal of $500 but I’m not going to give up yet. I’m going to take this all the way until it’s over. My Kickstarter ends on Mother’s Day May 14th.

Happy Birthday to Maya Rose in the Tercona comics. Her birthday is May 1st. She’s the hippie, vegetarian girl who loves to meditate. See what powers she has in comics #4 & #6.
There are only 2 weeks left in the Kickstarter for comic #7.
If you want to support the Kickstarter and back it CLICK on the pictures!
In the past 2 weeks, my Kickstarter has NOT been a “Projects We Love” but I’m hoping it reaches this before it ends.
Again, if you want to back it, click on the picture.
Here is a progress report of my Kickstarter after 1 week!
After 1 week I have 7 backers and a total of $152 dollars. I’m 30% toward my goal. With 27 days to go, I have a long road ahead of me!
I had really high hopes it would be fully funded by this past weekend (my birthday weekend)…but it wasn’t. 🙁
Just because it wasn’t fully funded by my birthday doesn’t mean I’m going to give up. I still have 27 days to go to reach my $500 goal and I know I can do this.

I would love to reach my funding goal within the next few weeks so I can start looking forward to the stretch goals.
I just launched my Kickstarter for Tercona comic #7 – You Can’t Save Everyone.
This Kickstarter is to help me get funding for the printed copies of Tercona comic #7. The comic is fully done and ready. I just don’t have the money to have printed copies made. My goal is just $500. I’m really hoping to go OVER that amount and maybe hit $1000 but I’d be happy if this Kickstarter gets fully funded.

In case you didn’t know, most of the time, hard copy comics (the physical copies) are usually double the price of a regular comic because the creator is trying to make money for his Kickstarter.
On my birthday (April 15) you can get ALL 7 comics, the physical hard copy comic, for only $35. That’s the same price as it is when you buy it at a con.
ONLY on April 15th.
This Kickstarter ends on Sunday, May 14th.
As you know I had 2 failed Kickstarters. My first one in 2020 for Terconba comic number #3 failed. I was asking for $2000 and I only got $190. Last year, in 2022, I tried doing a Kickstarter for my book The Taming Of April. I was asking for $1000 and I only managed to raise $400 something by the last week so it failed too.
Now I’m giving Kickstarter one more try. (They say the third time’s a charm, right?) My newest comic is Tercona comic #7 – You can’t save everyone.
After school, on a cool crisp fall day, Tercona is needed to save people from a house fire that just happens to be the home of Britney’s uncle. She must act fast to save everyone trapped inside because the structure is falling apart. Tercona finds Britney’s 10-year-old cousin Teodora and brings her to safety but when she returns to the burning building to save Teodora’s father, the unthinkable happens. The house explodes! Tercona learns that even superheroes can’t save everyone.
